Parents and families play an important role in coaching their students through the rigorous academic aspects of college. But when students are feeling overwhelmed about finals week, it can be hard to know how to help. This year, finals begin on May 7 and end on May 12.

On Friday, April 14, an investiture ceremony installed Chancellor Jennifer L. Mnookin as the 30th leader of the University of Wisconsin–Madison. The ceremony capped a week of special investiture events that celebrated both Mnookin’s ascendency to the chancellorship and the university’s history of curiosity-driven yet revolutionary research, esteemed public service and teaching excellence.

APIDA Heritage Month is underway, with several upcoming events happening yet this month. Encourage your student to attend and reflect on the theme: “Voices Intertwined: Stories That Shape Us.”
