Wiscard Deposits
It’s easy to add money to your student’s Wiscard, the multipurpose debit card that can be used to purchase food, school supplies, textbooks, and more at over 45 campus area locations. Deposits can be made online. When making deposits, you will need your student’s ID number and designate which account the deposit applies to:
- Housing Food Account (for University Housing residents)
- Campus Cash account (for textbooks, delis, clothes, etc.)
- Union meal account (a meal plan for students not living in University Housing)
Deposits can also be made over the phone, in person, or by mail.
- For students living in University Housing, call 608/262-2230, walk-in to any residence hall desk or the Cashier’s office in Slichter Hall, or mail payment to Cashier’s Office at 625 Babcock Drive, Madison, WI 53706. Make checks payable to UW–Madison Division of University Housing.
- For students living off campus, call 608/263-1964, mail payment, or walk-in to the Cashier’s Office, Memorial Union, 800 Langdon Street, Madison, WI 53706. Make checks payable to the Wisconsin Union.
