Tutoring
As final exams approach, it’s never too late to get extra academic help. Below are some campus resources that may be particularly useful to your student.
- Greater University Tutoring Services (GUTS) connects students with volunteer tutors for assistance with academic courses, study skills, conversational English, and intercultural exchange.
- The Writing Center provides assistance in organizing papers, reports, and essays from experienced writing teachers.
- The Chemistry Learning Center offers ongoing individual and small-group tutorials for Chemistry 103, 104, and organic chemistry.
- The Mathematics Tutorial Program offers small-group tutoring for students in math courses.
- Class connections and tutoring, both offered in the University Residence Halls, make it easy for students to connect with classmates who live nearby and get convenient help with chemistry, math and writing.
