Send a Smile
Nothing puts a smile on your student’s face like receiving a small token that shows you are thinking about him or her. The Parent Program provides an easy way for you to “Send a Smile” to your student.
The Parent Program, in partnership with Madison Fresh Market, has developed a fresh food care package program offering a variety of options that you can order and have shipped to your student’s door. Also, if your student lives in University Housing, you can order care packages, birthday cakes, exam treats, and gift cards from University Housing to be sent to your student’s residence hall room.
Also available are:
- Customizable and free e-postcards that you can e-mail to your student
- A Wisconsin Union gift card to be used on campus
- University Health Services massages
- An All-Arts card, which gives access to up to 16 campus arts performances for discounted prices
- Babcock gift certificates for cheese, clothing, candy, and more
- UW gift certificates and merchandise from Bucky’s Locker Room, the Wisconsin Alumni Association, the UW Marching Band, and University Bookstore
- Downtown Madison gift certificates, purchased and accepted at more than 100 shops, restaurants, museums, and cafés on State Street and the Capitol Square
